About Us
Accessible Care is a values-led NDIS and Medicare provider offering OT, Speech Pathology and high-intensity supports across Melbourne and Adelaide. We blend clinic and community work to help people build independence at home, school, work and in the community.

The Role
You’ll deliver evidence-based OT across paediatric and/or adult caseloads (choose your mix) in clinic, home, school and telehealth settings. You’ll be supported by admin/scheduling and a friendly multidisciplinary team so you can focus on outcomes—not paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
Complete functional assessments (including FCA, SIL/SDA/ILO input, and goal-based plans).
Deliver therapy for ADLs, fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, executive functioning and psychosocial participation.
Assess, trial and prescribe Assistive Technology (AT) (low–complex/complex) and write AT reports and justification.
Provide Home Modifications assessments and documentation (minor/moderate).
Build practical home and school programs; coach families, educators and support workers.
Produce clear, timely reports, progress reviews and funding recommendations aligned to NDIS, Medicare and Aged Care frameworks.
Collaborate with SPs, behaviour practitioners, support coordinators, GPs and community teams.

About You
Client-centred, organised and outcomes-focused with strong clinical reasoning.
Confident working autonomously and as part of a supportive MDT.
Great communicator, comfortable with mobile practice and digital record-keeping.
Interest in one or more: early intervention, school-age, neurodiversity, psychosocial disability, AT, home mods, pain/hand therapy, or community re-enablement. (Return-to-Work and Aged Care interest welcome.)

Qualifications & Compliance
Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration (or eligibility).
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check (VIC/SA) & recent National Police Check.
First Aid/CPR, valid driver licence and reliable vehicle (or ability to travel for community visits).
New-grad to senior welcomed; supervision provided to build competencies.

What We Offer

Competitive salary/contract rates (plus travel where applicable) and tools to do your best work.
Structured induction, shadowing and weekly 1:1 supervision (senior/clinical leadership support).
Generous CPD budget, internal PD program and specialty mentoring (AT, home mods, paediatrics, adult neuro/psychosocial).
Admin & scheduling support to minimise non-billable load; modern digital systems.
Clear career pathways (Senior, AT Lead, Clinical Educator, Team Lead) and family-friendly flexibility.
Warm, inclusive culture—your ideas shape our service.
