Hays has partnered with a privately owned, Brisbane-based construction company known for delivering high-quality projects across sectors including retirement living, townhouses, apartments, industrial, and health & aged care. With a strong pipeline of work and a culture built on trust, collaboration, and quality, they're looking for a capable Foreman to join their growing team.

Your new role


Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and trades
Ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to spec
Manage subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
Conduct toolbox talks, safety checks, and quality inspections
Liaise with Site Manager and Project Manager on progress and issues
Maintain a clean, compliant, and productive site environment

What you'll need to succeed

Demonstrated experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand on D&C projects
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of construction processes, safety, and quality standards
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
A proactive, team-orientated approach to leadership
