We’re looking for a talented Newsletter Report Designer to help us redesign and format client reports into engaging, professional-looking newsletter-style layouts. Sometimes clients will provide open files, other times only reference samples. Your role will be to ensure everything flows correctly, aligns with brand guidelines, and is optimized for readability across devices. Responsibilities: • Redesign existing client reports/newsletters based on provided files or references • Create or adjust elements where necessary (icons, visuals, formatting tweaks) • Ensure layouts flow logically and are visually appealing • Implement personalisation elements (to a certain extent, depending on project complexity) • Deliver drafts within 2–3 days for one report; final completion may extend to ~1 week with feedback What We Provide: • References, guidelines, or client files (when available) • Clear expectations on turnaround time • Ongoing work opportunities if this project goes well
