Hi there 👋 I’m Lloyd, a fellow software dev at Property Shell (https://propertyshell.com). I’m currently working on a new venture independent of Property Shell called Property Black Book, and I’m looking for a talented Webflow developer/designer to help bring it to life. The first project is to translate a Figma design into Webflow. Most of the core design is already complete in Figma, built on top of a Brix template (https://realtortemplate.webflow.io/) as the foundation. You can preview the Figma file here 👉https://www.figma.com/design/w8oxAoBLo8av4Ale2rSryR/Property-Black-Book?node-id=1-5&t=aEjMry8GS35IEznF-1 What I’m Looking For - Webflow expertise – confident building pixel-perfect websites with clean structure and responsive layouts. - Design sensibility – while much of the design is ready, I’m open to creative input (better imagery, animations, or subtle upgrades) to elevate the site beyond a direct transfer. - Template experience – familiarity with Brix/Webflow templates will be a big plus, since the starting point is already there. - Attention to detail – ability to take a design and make sure it looks and works beautifully across devices. The Project - Build the Property Black Book website in Webflow using the existing Figma file + Brix template as the base. - Add polish, visuals, and creative suggestions where it makes sense. - Deliver a site that’s clean, fast, and easy for me to manage going forward. Longer-Term Opportunity - If this first project goes well, there’s plenty more: - Property Shell website refresh (migrating from WordPress into Webflow, with design upgrades). - Another brand new company website (full build). This could be the start of an ongoing collaboration on multiple sites.
