i need someone proficient to design a new website for me, as well as a new app, and a backend crm to capture subscriber details for marketing purposes. my new business will be australia's first property rewards club where every australian home unlocks rewards. there will be property centric partners on our panel offering exclusive discounts and cash back offers, as a way to entice new subscribers/members to buy a package from us, but we'll also be giving away prizes which are property centric as a monthly prize draw. i need a new website, a new phone app, a back end crm, and included in the website i need to be able to log the partner unique code for members to key in order to claim the special discount price when making a purchase, at the same time i need the back end system to capture the information so that i know purchases being made and to which supplier
