- Comfortable with communicating over email, MS Teams and conferencing calls
- Highly professional, quality driven and someone who earns trust effortlessly
- You're an analytical hands-on network professional with a strong technical foundation
What you'll do:
- Perform operations and administration on Cisco network devices, wireless networks
- Drive network automation, process improvement and service optimisation initiatives
- Manage and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNS and wireless networks to maintain secure, reliable connectivity
- Troubleshoot in a multi - site, enterprise environment
- Manage and deliver BAU and projects
- Work across different technical teams to deliver seamless technical support
