About the role:

We are seeking a experienced Network Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure network solutions that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of network technologies, architecture frameworks, and industry best practices to ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise networks.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement enterprise network architectures (LAN, WAN, data center, cloud, and hybrid networks).

Evaluate and recommend new network technologies, protocols, and products to meet business needs.

Develop network standards, policies, and procedures to ensure security, reliability, and scalability.

Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and expansions.

Conduct network capacity planning, performance monitoring, and optimization.

Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide guidance on resolution.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Prepare network documentation, diagrams, and reports for management and audit purposes.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to network engineers and IT staff.

Participate in disaster recovery planning and implement network redundancy and failover strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in enterprise network design and implementation.

Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, SD-WAN).

Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructures.

Familiarity with firewalls, load balancers, switches, routers, and wireless technologies.

Expertise in network security best practices and technologies.

Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, JNCIE, AWS/Azure Networking).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
