We have expanded across Southwest Sydney, Sydney’s North Shore, Regional NSW, Northern NSW, and throughout South Brisbane and Southeast Queensland. Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is now looking for a Network Administrator to join the National IT team.

About the position:

Receive escalated incidents, requests, tasks, and problems and action appropriately.
Assist with resolving known errors and defined issues.
Communicate with stakeholders on progress of problem resolution and projects.
Maintain and update core systems including security updates, patches, and fixes as required as well as per regular patching schedule.
Systems include: Cisco, HP Aruba, Meraki, Palo Alto, Cisco WebEx, & MS Teams
Ensure all systems are monitored, healthy and up to date.
Ensure resolution SLA’s are maintained
Proactively look for efficiencies with processes and automated tasks
Provide recommendations on new technologies.

About you:

IT qualification from tertiary institution or vendor
Industry certification (CCNA, etc)
IT Network admin background
Desirable: Unified Communications and Telephony experience
High degree of accuracy and data management skills
Exemplary telephony and written communication skills
Project management experience
Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role
