We are a catering company using Flex Catering as our catering management system and NetSuite as our ERP. We’re looking for an experienced Integrator with strong knowledge of NetSuite and Zapier to help us set up a seamless integration between the two platforms. The key goal is to ensure that records created or updated in Flex Catering are automatically reflected in NetSuite. Scope of Work: Connect Flex Catering with NetSuite via Zapier (or best-fit integration approach). Automate record creation and updates, such as: When a new company is created in Flex → create company record in NetSuite. When a new order is placed in Flex → create invoice in NetSuite. Ensure updates in Flex reflect accurately in NetSuite. Provide guidance on best practices for maintaining data accuracy and avoiding duplicates. Test workflows thoroughly to ensure reliability. Document the setup for internal reference. Requirements: Proven experience integrating NetSuite with Zapier (or other middleware). Hands-on experience setting up automations and custom workflows. Understanding of APIs, record structures, and data mapping between systems. Strong communication and ability to explain technical details clearly. Nice to Have: Previous experience with catering or hospitality systems. Knowledge of Flex Catering. Deliverables: Fully functional integration between Flex Catering and NetSuite. Step-by-step documentation of setup and workflows. Brief training or handover session with our team. Project Type: One-time project with potential for ongoing support.
