Seeking a qualified researchers and people with solutions, to collect and analyse data on the adverse impacts of nepotism, tribalism, racism, and gender discrimination in employment practices, as well as the implications of exclusionary policies affecting white individuals in certain sectors in South Africa. The aim is to assess whether important benefits are being inadvertently lost because of these measures and attitudes. Are we throwing out the baby with the bath water to be politically correct? I need clear evidence proving how industry and economies are affected and possible practical solutions for the region which can turn things around. I am after building a better Southern Africa for all tribes, clans, race groups open to any help.
