We’re Hiring — Support Coordinators & Psychosocial Recovery Coaches (Casual Positions) ??
Centre of Hope – Sydney & Surrounding Areas

Centre of Hope is expanding our team, and we are looking for motivated Support Coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches to join us. This role will start as a casual position, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent role after a few months based on performance and organisational needs.

About the Role
Casual position with a minimum of 28 hours per week
Hourly rate between $38 – $40 depending on experience
Opportunity to transition to full-time permanent employment
Sustainable caseload provided to support consistent work hours
Remote role across Sydney with some travel required to meet participants in their homes or communities
Supportive and collaborative team environment
Training and ongoing support provided on the job

Key Responsibilities
Provide Support Coordination (Level 2 and 3), Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, and employment-related supports
Work with participants of different ages and a wide range of disability backgrounds
Assist participants with employment goals, including finding a job, building work readiness skills, and maintaining employment
Coordinate supports, services, allied health, and NDIS requirements
Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance standards

What We’re Looking For
NDIS experience is desirable but not essential
Experience in community services, case management, mental health, youth work, disability support, employment services, or similar roles is welcomed
Willingness to learn and develop skills in Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Current police check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check
Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential due to travel requirements
