The Role The National Treatment Service Coordinator oversees scheduling and support for Xylem’s treatment services across Australia, including service jobs and travel arrangements. The role also helps improve team processes and supports training. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer service queries by providing timely and professional responses, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate service jobs by prioritising tasks in collaboration with the Service Manager and technicians to meet operational deadlines. Process and maintain documentation including assessment reports, quotes, warranty claims, invoices, and credit applications. Schedule and oversee national service operations for treatment sites, including service quotations and billing, to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Collaborate with internal departments such as Logistics and Product Management to ensure efficient delivery and receipting of parts and goods.
