The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior National Business Development Manager to spearhead the ANZ expansion for a world market leader in force protection and integrated perimeter security. This is a "big end of town" role, focused on securing major commercial construction and large-scale civil infrastructure projects. You will be the strategic lead for security and critical infrastructure solutions, positioning world-class brands to protect the region's most vital assets, including hyperscale data centers and national borders.

Specification Leadership: Engage with security consultants, designers, and architects to execute "spec-in" initiatives at the design phase of major projects.
High-Value Pipeline: Develop and manage account-based project pipelines, driving high-security brands into target projects and accelerating pipeline conversion into orders.
Stakeholder Management: Build deep relationships with key industry stakeholders, including owners, operators, builders, relevant civil engineering companies, and general contractors.
Channel Management: Manage project and distribution partners to enable comprehensive solution selling and project fulfillment in target segments.
Territory Planning: Develop and implement territory and account plans to achieve long-term customer value and regional growth.
Qualifications & Experience
Industry Tenure: At least 3 years of senior sales experience within the Australian security or civil engineering sectors.
Sector Expertise: Proven experience selling into government, data centers, and critical infrastructure (transportation, energy, mining) is highly regarded.
Project Mastery: Extensive experience engaging and managing construction general contractors, EPCs, and engineering procurement firms.
Specification Network: Demonstrated success dealing with security consultants and architects to drive technical product adoption.
Mindset: A resourceful, results-driven professional with a "self-starter" mentality, prepared to travel within the ANZ region.
