About the role Are you ready to take the lead in driving business growth and building high-performing teams? As our National Business Development Manager, you’ll provide direction, oversight, and support to the Business Development team for both RT Health and HCF. You’ll ensure workflows are managed, worksite visits are organised, and annual sales targets are achieved. By analysing market trends, you’ll identify new opportunities and sales channels, while continuously improving reporting, systems, and processes to maximise team efficiency. This is a national role reporting to the Head of Corporate & Partnership Sales, within our Member Growth department. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor the Business Development team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Develop and execute operational sales plans, ensuring effective prospect engagement and conversion. Analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities and sales channels. Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Optimise CRM processes and reporting to maximise team efficiency. Provide regular reporting and analytics to the Leadership team, offering insights on performance against targets and sharing feedback on industry trends and business dynamics About you We’re looking for a dynamic leader with: Proven experience managing a team of Business Development Managers, focused on revenue growth and results. A minimum of five years’ experience as a Business Development Manager. Deep knowledge of the Health Insurance Industry, its products, and policies. Strong analytical and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and embed new ways of working. Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Solid understanding of data and marketing-led sales approaches. Ability to develop and implement operational sales plans that deliver results. Commitment to sales and service excellence.
