Sync Stream is an AI and automation agency serving Australian small and medium businesses (SMBs). We specialise in building innovative solutions like AI-enabled workflows, chatbots, voice agents, AI-driven knowledge bases, and more in n8n. With a growing workload, we are looking for a skilled AI and automation engineer to join us on an initial overflow basis, with potential for ongoing work. At this time we are only looking for candidates from the Vietnamese market as we have a personnel presence in that market and in Australia. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and optimise AI-powered workflows using n8n. 2. Build and maintain solutions like chatbots, voice agents, and automated knowledge bases. 3. Integrate third-party tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Vapi, Cal.com, Fireflies). 4. Troubleshoot and enhance existing AI solutions. 5. Ensure seamless deployment and performance on our tech stack. Our Tech Stack: Automation: n8n (automation workflows) Server Control: Coolify Internal Chatbots: Open WebUI Monitoring Tools: Glances, Uptime Kuma Front-end Hosting: Vercel Third-party Tools: OpenAI, Vapi, Cal.com, Gmail Suite Requirements: Proven experience in AI and automation development. Strong understanding of n8n is key. Familiarity with integrating APIs and third-party services. Experience with server management and cloud platforms is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Australian SMBs. Knowledge of voice agent technologies like Vapi. Proficiency in building and managing chatbot systems. Time zone: We are only looking for Vietnam based candidates at this time to work in alignment with the AEST time zone.
