Launching in November... We are seeking a creative, organized Music Marketing Manager to lead the launch and promotion of a new indie music project in the Christian worship genre. This role blends storytelling, digital marketing within worship culture. You will take responsibility for ensuring each song is distributed and promoted effectively across key platforms, and that campaign messaging aligns with the artist’s brand and vision. You will handle all platform uploads (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, etc.), publishing details, and content scheduling, working closely with the Creative Director to ensure visual and brand alignment. Key Responsibilities: Album Promotion: • Plan and publish short-form reels and lyric video teasers for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok • Upload all tracks and videos to streaming platforms and ensure metadata and copywriting is accurate and optimized • Manage Spotify for Artists profile updates (bio, playlists, artist picks) • Coordinate release of lyric videos with consistent visual branding • Use graphic design tools (Canva) to create cover images, quote graphics, and promotional assets Social Media & Email Marketing: • Collaborate with the artist and Creative Director to create and format a 7-day prophetic devotional email journey based on album tracks • Draft engaging captions and stories for each track’s theme, testimony, or scripture • Manage social posting calendar and content batching in collaboration with Content Manager • Track and report on engagement (reach, shares, playlist adds, email engagement) Ideal Candidate Has: • Experience marketing music, ministry, or creative content—ideally in the worship/Christian music space • Familiarity with platform best practices (Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) • Basic Canva and video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar) • Strong organizational and project management abilities • A love for worship music and sensitivity to prophetic content • Self-starting mindset with a bias for execution Success in this Role Looks Like: • Every track is released with professional copywriting and consistent branding • Followers and listeners grow steadily across platforms • The album drives both reach and relational engagement • The artist’s voice is amplified through Spirit-led visuals and messaging • Marketing is managed independently with regular reporting to the artist and the Creative Director How to Apply: Submit your proposal sharing your background and why you’d love to help share this sound with the world.
