Hi Dr. Yasir, I have MRI scans (with DICOM files) of my ankles and knees. My ankle MRI report from another radiologist states that the growth plates are partially fused, but my endocrinologist would like a more precise assessment before deciding on HGH treatment. Specifically, I’d like to know if you can provide a detailed analysis of: • The degree of fusion vs open cartilage in the distal tibial and fibular growth plates (ideally with a % estimate). • Confirmation of whether my knee growth plates are still open, and if they are, how much. If volumetric or quantitative methods (e.g., estimating cartilage vs bony bridging volume) are possible, that would be ideal — but at minimum, my endocrinologist needs the clearest possible estimate of how much is fused versus still open. Would this be something you can do with my MRI DICOM files? Thank you
