We are currently seeking an experienced Mowing Team Operator Supervisor to join our growing team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is motivated, reliable, and passionate about turf and grounds maintenance.

MCL Commercial Services is an industry leader in the design, development and maintenance of commercial gardening, commercial landscapes and commercial irrigation systems. Building and painting maintenance of commercial properties and commercial grounds maintenance. We cover all aspects of the process from start to finish, servicing all over the Perth, New South Wales, Victoria metro and country area for over twenty years.

About the Role
Reporting to the Landsdale yard each morning and afternoon
Work across multiple sites throughout Perth
Hourly Rate: $38 – $40 (depending on experience)
Company vehicle provided for commute use only
Reports directly to the Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support mowing and grounds staff
Operate and maintain turf management machinery
Ensure high standards of site presentation and safety
Coordinate daily work schedules and site requirements

Requirements
Living in Australia with an easy reach to Perth WA
Proven experience in all aspects of turf management
Working with Children check or able to obtain one
Demonstrated experience using turf maintenance machinery and equipment
Spray Ticket highly regarded
MR Licence preferred
Any Turf Management qualifications are favourable
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work within a team
Highly motivated, reliable, and professional attitude
