Job Description: We’re looking for a highly skilled illustrator/designer to create a movie poster–inspired T-shirt artwork for the 2025 Premiership. The creative direction is a Star Wars–style poster composition: • Dynamic, cinematic layout. • Incorporating likenesses of key players and coaches. • Strong sense of drama, energy, and celebration. • Must translate well onto a T-shirt print (bold, eye-catching, detailed). This design will be the centrepiece of our limited-edition merchandise release. ⸻ Deliverables: • First colour draft within 7 days (suitable for mockups and pre-sale launch). • Final, polished illustration delivered within the following week (exact deadline TBC). • Print-ready artwork files (vector or high-res layered PSD/AI). ⸻ Requirements: • Proven experience with illustration in a cinematic or poster style (movie posters, comics, album covers, etc.). • Ability to work under tight deadlines and still deliver high-quality, detailed art. • Strong portfolio showing character likenesses and dynamic compositions. • Comfortable with feedback and iteration within the timeframe. ⸻ Nice to Have: • Previous experience creating sports or entertainment merch. • Understanding of screenprinting/DTG printing artwork requirements. ⸻ Timeline: • Draft: 7 days from hire. • Final artwork: +5–7 days after draft approval.
