NexGen Motors Pty Ltd, located at 23 Scoresby Road, Bayswater, VIC 3153, is seeking multiple full-time qualified and experienced Motor Mechanics to join our dynamic team. As a trusted automotive service provider, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. NexGen Motors not only offers Mechanical service and Repairs, but provides a 360 degree four-wheeler management solution through our bouquet of services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models, including European vehicles.
• Performing Scheduled Maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications, and engine tune-ups to achieve smoother running of vehicles.
• Report to the Service Manager and collaborate with other workshop staff.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship with attention to detail.
• Meet deadlines while ensuring quality outcomes.
• Inspecting the vehicle for compliance.

Skills & Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in the Australian motor industry as a qualified Motor Mechanic.
• Must have relevant Cert III, Cert IV & Diploma.
• A valid Victorian driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Professional presentation, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Own set of tools relevant to the role.
• Removing and putting engine on the car experience is essential.
• A genuine passion and desire to provide a quality, tailored, and valuable service
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Salary: $77,000 - $80,000
