About the Position:
The Motor Mechanic role at B2X Auto is a vital part of our service team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a diverse range of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This full-time position involves performing routine servicing, complex mechanical repairs, and wheel alignments, contributing directly to our reputation for high-quality workmanship and reliability in Sydney’s automotive repair sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine vehicle servicing and maintenance to manufacturer specifications.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in Australian, Japanese, European, and American vehicles.
Perform wheel alignments and tyre replacements with precision.
Ensure all repairs meet B2X Auto’s quality standards and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of services and repairs performed.
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and timely auto solutions.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to clients.
Requirements:
Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a motor mechanic.
Strong technical skills in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
Proficiency in using modern diagnostic tools and automotive repair equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
