We are looking for a skilled web developer to create a professional website for our newly rebranded 22-room, 108-bed motel. The project involves integrating the MEWS Property Management System (PMS) and a secure payment gateway. The timeline for completion is 16 Oct. Our motel is undergoing rebranding with a new name and identity, and we need a fast, professional website that reflects the updated brand. The site must support: Real-time availability and booking functionality Seamless integration with MEWS PMS Secure online payments through a trusted payment gateway We require the website to be both functional and visually appealing, offering a smooth booking experience for guests while ensuring seamless connection with MEWS for managing reservations and payments. Hard deadline: 15 October 2025, 5:00 pm (AWST, Perth time). Only apply if you’ve previously built hotel/motel sites and can meet this timeline. Scope Design & build a clean, mobile-first motel website (22 rooms, 108 beds). Booking engine integration: Connect to MEWS PMS for live rates/availability and reservations. Payment gateway: Set up a secure online payment flow (PCI-compliant). Recommend best option and implement. Content: We have consent to reuse/adapt room descriptions and amenity info from the current operator. You’ll structure and publish this content (we’ll supply brand copy updates where needed). Domain & hosting: Domain is already purchased. Please recommend and provision hosting; set up SSL. Pages (minimum): Home, Rooms (by type), Facilities/Amenities, Location/Map, Gallery, FAQs, Policies (T&Cs/House Rules), Contact, Book Now. Tech stack: Open to your recommendation (e.g., WordPress + MEWS, or lightweight custom stack). Must be well-documented and easy for our team to update. Performance & SEO: Core Web Vitals-friendly, on-page SEO (titles, meta, schema for LodgingBusiness/Hotel), sitemap + robots.txt. Analytics: GA4 + basic event tracking for “Book Now” and conversions. Compliance: GDPR/Privacy policy page, cookie notice, accessibility best practices (WCAG-aware), PCI considerations for payments. Email & forms: Enquiry form with spam protection; transactional emails for bookings handled via MEWS. Handover: Admin access, brief video or guide for content edits, source files, and credentials. Deliverables Fully functional website on agreed host with SSL. MEWS PMS booking widget/API integrated and tested (sandbox → live). Payment gateway configured, test transactions completed. Content loaded (rooms, photos, amenities, policies). Basic SEO setup + GA4 Notes This is a new brand/website for an existing business. No use of the previous brand name or logos. We’ll provide: brand name, logo assets, room list & categories, policies, and consented content references. Confidentiality required.
