Cirillo Management Group Pty Ltd is a leading table grape grower with operations in Robinvale (VIC), Mildura (VIC) and Paringi (NSW), Australia. The business is seeking a full-time qualified Mobile Plant Operator.
The salary offered is $76,515 per annum plus superannuation.
Duties and responsibilities include:
• Preparing and positioning plant and machinery for operation
• Operating tractor-drawn and self-propelled plant to plough land, sow, fertilise, cultivate and harvest crops while avoiding crop damage
• Adjusting speed, height and depth of implements as required
• Keeping log tallies and preparing work reports
• Servicing machinery and performing minor repairs when necessary
The applicants will have the following skills and experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the agriculture sector
• Relevant tertiary qualifications such as a Certificate III in rural machinery operations (preferred)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Previous farming or horticulture experience is highly desirable
