Exigo Tech is currently looking for Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Techno Functional Consultant (full-time)

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, skilled and experienced D365 Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. As a pivotal
member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering technical and functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365,
playing a key role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing D365 solutions for our clients.

Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their business processes, requirements, and objectives, translating them into
technical solutions within Dynamics 365.
Leverage your technical acumen to implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules such as Finance,
Supply Chain Management, Sales, and Customer Service, ensuring seamless alignment with client needs.
Provide expert guidance, training, and continual support to client stakeholders, equipping them with the knowledge and skills
required to utilize D365 functionality effectively.
Participate in system analysis, integration, testing, and deployment activities to ensure the optimal performance and reliability
of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Serve as the bridge between the technical and functional aspects of D365, effectively translating business requirements into
technical specifications and ensuring the successful implementation and operation of D365 systems.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively showcasing the value proposition, capabilities and
benefits of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and customized features relevant to the client's business processes.
Collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical teams, fostering effective communication and ensuring the seamless
integration of D365 solutions within the existing organizational infrastructure.
Stay abreast of the latest developments updates, and best practices within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, bringing
innovative and cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

Skills

Functional

Proven ability to manage and deliver solutions for MS D365 CRM projects

Expertise in fitment analysis of customer requirements.

Experience with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communication, facilitation of decision-making, and managing client expectations

Ability to estimate large-scale MS D365 CRM implementation programs

Strong knowledge of performance tuning in Model-Driven Apps implementations
Knowledge of object-oriented programming, relational database design, and software

design best practices

Experience in data integration and migration projects

Strong knowledge of responding to RFPs/RFIs and proposal creation

Expertise in program and project management, risk identification, and mitigation.

Technical

Experience working in D365 CRM, including Power Apps, Plugins, Workflows, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Actions, and Custom Workflow Assemblies.

Understanding of platform integration patterns and APIs, system integrations, software engineering patterns, and development of architectural/high-level designs within defined architectural frameworks and software engineering patterns
Comprehensive understanding of functional modules including:

Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service Automation

Microsoft Social Engagement, Unified Service Desk, Project Service Automation

KB Management, Voice of Customer

Co-pilot / Azure OpenAI Studio

Setup, installation, configuration & deployment of MS D365 CRM modules

Experience in customization and extension of D365 CRM

Java scripting frameworks like Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, JQuery, CSS, HTML 5, AJAX

Proficiency in .Net (C#) and JavaScript development experience within the D365 SDK including working knowledge of the ODATA, REST endpoints, Entity Model, and Asynchronous programming
In-depth hands-on knowledge of Canvas and Model Driven applications and the Common Data Service (CDS)

Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, .NET Framework, Visual Studio, Source Code Management Systems (TFS)

Developing REST APIs, Integration experience with external systems through REST API’s. Both with and without middleware.

Working knowledge of source control tools like GIT, VSS etc.

Data migration experience either through a tool or through MS D365 feature

Hands-on experience in Power Pages, Power Apps Portal (configuration, customization, and extension)

Technical background working with Microsoft .NET technologies: Visual Studio.NET, ADO.NET, C#, SQL Server, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, SharePoint, Power BI, and Web Services.

Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Application servers, Database Services, Service Bus)

Comprehensive experience working on software development using agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD

Salary : $140,000 to $160,000 Per Annum + Super
