We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online specialist to help with data migration and mailbox configuration. The work involves migrating files, converting a mailbox, and setting up an advanced organizational system inside Outlook. Scope of Work: 1. OneDrive to SharePoint Migration Migrate all data from OneDrive to SharePoint securely and efficiently Maintain permissions and ensure no data loss 2. Mailbox Conversion Convert an existing user mailbox into a shared mailbox Assign access and configure permissions for multiple users 3. Mailbox Organization & Custom Setup Create a clear, well-structured folder hierarchy Implement custom labels and categories Set up two levels of categories (e.g., primary categories with subcategories) Configure rules for automatic sorting and tagging of incoming emails Ensure the shared mailbox is optimized for a support team workflow Requirements: Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 administration Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint Experience setting up advanced mailbox organization systems (folders, categories, custom labels) Ability to provide documentation and training notes for end users Deliverables: All data successfully migrated from OneDrive to SharePoint Shared mailbox configured and working for assigned users Fully organized mailbox with custom labels, two-level categories, and rules in place Clear documentation of setup and changes Additional Details: One-time setup project (with possible follow-up support) Remote collaboration required Looking for someone with previous similar project experience Budget & Timeline: Open to hourly or fixed-price proposals Looking to complete within 1–2 weeks 📩 If you have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 migrations and advanced mailbox structuring (custom labels, multiple category levels, folder hierarchies), please send your proposal and relevant project examples.
