Key Responsibilities

Interpreting Designs: Reading and understanding engineering blueprints and technical drawings to accurately create metal components.
Measuring and Marking: Accurately measuring and marking cutting and bending lines on metal sheets and components.
Machine Operation: Setting up and operating various metalworking machinery, including shears, press brakes, plasma cutters, drills, and laser cutters.
Cutting and Shaping: Using appropriate tools and techniques to cut, roll, bend, and shape metal into specific forms and sizes.
Assembly: Joining metal components to construct sub-assemblies and final products.
Grinding and Finishing: Smoothing, grinding, and finishing fabricated parts to meet specifications and quality standards.
Quality Control: Performing quality checks to ensure the finished products meet design specifications and industry standards.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety regulations, protocols, and procedures in the workplace.
