About the Role I’m looking for a skilled Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram) to manage paid social advertising for one of my current clients (a non-alcoholic drinks business) however this has the potential to be a long-term collaboration. Depending on work success, I am seeking an ongoing partnership to facilitate social advertising management for some businesses within my portfolio of varied clients. Your primary goal/responsibilities will be to create, manage, and optimise high-performing Meta ad campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions (sales, bookings etc). You’ll report weekly with key performance updates, insights, and recommendations. Responsibilities • Plan, create, and launch Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns aligned with the brand’s marketing objectives. • Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to maximise advertising success. • Write ad copy, build creative assets (where required) and provide visuals that resonate with the brand’s target audience. • Continuously monitor ad performance and make data-driven optimisations. • Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively for maximum ROI. • Report weekly on key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, etc.) with insights and recommended next steps Requirements • Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for consumer brands. • Strong understanding of meta campaign setup, audience targeting, A/B testing, and optimisation. • Ability to interpret data and present performance reports in a clear, actionable way. • Excellent communication skills and reliability for consistent weekly updates. • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and performance tracking. • Creative mindset with an understanding of what drives engagement and conversions. • Graphic design or ad creative experience.
