Our Mackay team delivers high-quality diagnostic imaging to the local community, offering a full range of services including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Dental Imaging and more all backed by a passionate and experienced team. The Role As a Part Time Medical Receptionist, you'll be a key point of contact for patients and referring practitioners. This position offers 22.5 hours across Wednesday to Friday (no weekends!) Your duties will include: Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism Handling phone calls and scheduling appointments Managing patient bookings and preparing documentation Providing information on procedures, costs, and preparation requirements Processing payments and performing end-of-day billing Supporting the team in a busy, fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
