To support our next stage of growth, we are looking for a highly organised Media & Marketing Coordinator to lead campaigns, oversee brand consistency, and ensure smooth operations across internal and external teams. 🎯 Role Purpose The Media & Marketing Coordinator will act as the central hub for all marketing and media activities at Vivi Salon. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with internal departments, subcontractors, agencies, and partner organisations to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and aligned with business goals. 📌 Key Responsibilities 1. Leadership & Coordination Oversee the Media & Marketing team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Manage the marketing calendar, promotions, and campaign timelines. Lead collaboration between internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations, Salon Managers). 2. Campaign Management Plan, execute, and track multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, in-salon promotions). Ensure all campaigns align with Vivi Salon’s brand voice and objectives. Track campaign performance (ROI, engagement, conversions) and report monthly. 3. Content & Media Production Work with graphic designers, video editors, and production teams to deliver content on schedule. Approve creative assets and ensure consistency across all platforms. Organise content shoots with staff, models, and external partners. 4. External Collaboration Liaise with agencies, local organisations, influencers, and community partners for collaborations. Manage external suppliers (print, PR, digital ads). Build strong relationships to maximise brand exposure. 5. Systems & Process Management Use ClickUp (or equivalent project management software) to manage workflows and assign tasks. Standardise processes for content requests, approvals, and reporting. Ensure communication channels are clear and updates are documented. 🛠 Key Skills & Requirements Proven experience in media/marketing coordination (beauty, retail, or lifestyle preferred). Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and content scheduling. Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-department teams. Proficiency with project management software (ClickUp experience preferred). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong reporting and ROI measurement skills. 📈 KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Campaign delivery on-time and within budget. Growth in social media engagement, followers, and reviews. Increase in client bookings from marketing channels. Smooth coordination between departments with minimal bottlenecks. Timely and accurate reporting of campaign results.
