As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our Group Communications team with a Media & Content Specialist who’s ready to learn, grow and help deliver work that strengthens HUB24’s external presence and reputation. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves turning complex ideas into clear, compelling stories. You’ll work closely with our Senior Manager, Group Media & Content, gaining exposure to media strategy, issues management, and a range of external communications, with plenty of coaching along the way. Responsibilities: You’ll help amplify HUB24’s voice across earned, owned and social channels by: Drafting media releases, thought leadership, articles and social content. Supporting proactive media outreach, journalist engagement, and monitoring media activity across mainstream and trade outlets. Identifying opportunities across news cycles, competitor positioning, and regulatory developments to strengthen HUB24’s external narrative. Helping prepare spokespeople for interviews by shaping messages and anticipating questions. Assisting in the creation of digital content including video/podcast scripts and presentations. Building strong relationships with teams across the business to gather insights and ensure content is accurate, timely, aligned and approved. Every day will be different and you’ll have the support of experienced communicators who’ll help you develop your news sense, storytelling skills, and confidence. Requirements: 3–5 years’ experience in media, PR, journalism, or communications Strong writing skills and the ability to deliver clear, accurate and compelling content under tight deadlines Solid understanding of media landscape, news cycles and journalist expectations Ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging messaging Confidence using digital tools and workflow platforms (e.g., Sprout, Jira, Co-Pilot etc) Highly organised and able to calmly manage multiple priorities with accuracy Confidence and the ability to build relationships at all levels Exposure to thought leadership and issues management (desirable) Experience in financial services, wealth management, or fintech (desirable) Familiarity with media monitoring tools such as Streem (desirable) The Recruitment Process Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.
