ABC Heavy Engineering are seeking to employ a suitably qualified Mechanical Technician to join our busy team of professionals working out of our Paget depot and various field sites in Queensland.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have industry related experience within similar positions, a strong work ethic and strong safety focus.

The ability to carry out work with minimal supervision, a keen and enthusiastic approach to your work and willingness to work over time will help you ensure success in this role.

Perform maintenance duties on a range of heavy equipment, vehicles, cranes
Focuses on quality and workplace safety
Must have mechanical aptitude
Installation and Assembly
Strong fault finding and independent problem solving skills
Strong communication skills
Strong work ethic and values team work
