Minprovise is a total solutions provider offering specialist maintenance and shutdown, engineering, fabrication and project services, as well as sustaining capital works backed by a full suite of complimentary equipment and products that offer expert support and services to the mining, oil & gas and construction industries throughout Australia and internationally.

We are looking for Fitter, full time with minimum 1-2 years full time of exp as Fitter

Annual salary - $80,000 -$ 100,000

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

· Assembling mechanical components and fitting parts together

· Installing machinery and equipment according to specifications

· Performing regular maintenance checks

· Diagnosing issues and repairing or replacing defective parts

· Using welding techniques and fabrication tools to create or modify metal parts

· Ensuring proper alignment and adjustment of machinery and components

· Inspecting finished products and components for quality and compliance

· Utilizing various hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely

· Adhering to safety protocols and regulations

· Identifying and resolving mechanical issues

· Keeping detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and modifications

· Working with engineers, technicians, and team members on projects

· Training apprentices and junior fitters

· Supervising a team when necessary
