Crightons Rural Engineering is currently seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineering Technician to join their team in Hay South NSW.

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

- Running and analysing diagnostic tests on a wide range of machinery/equipment.
- Maintain, test and repair/replace mechanical assemblies on machinery/equipment.
- Perform assessments and repairs in the field and workshop
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components for products such as machinery, equipment and measuring instruments
- Work within timeframes and servicing schedules and maintain records
- Installing equipment and testing operations

Skills and Abilities:

- Ideally have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related
- A minimum of three years’ experience
- The ability to work in a team environment

Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience
