Opportunities are available now for 100 Meat Process Worker to join Junee Prime Lamb in their meat processing facility located in Junee, NSW.

These are full time positions with minimum 38 working hours per week, some overtime may be required. You will need to be punctual and have a reliable means to get to and from work.

Rate offered at start $24.28 per hour – Level 1 under Meat Industry Award 2020. As your skills improve and increase, you’ll be re-classified to higher levels of rate under the Award.

Your role will involve the following:

• Lift / move 5kg – 25kg of product
• Stand for 8+ hours per day
• Regular bending / lifting and repetitive movements
• Understand and follow instructions
• Read and understand safety rules
• Excellent hand / foot / eye co-ordination for operation of plant equipment
• Process offal
• Separate organs
• Move carcasses
• Load meat products for dispatch
• Pack meat into cartons
• Clean and sanitise equipment and work areas
• Operate machinery / equipment

Requirements for the role:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment conducting repetitive tasks.
• Possess a hard-working attitude and the ability to communicate and interact with people at all level.
• Commitment to following established procedures and health and safety practices
• Access to reliable transport.
• Guaranteed commitment to shift times; being flexible and punctual.
• Must pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
• Must undergo Q-FEVER immunizations.
