The Slaughter role will include:

Remove hides, hooves, heads, and other non-meat parts of the animal.
Split carcasses using saws or other tools.
Trim and cut meat into standard cuts for further processing or packaging.
Inspect and grade meat according to quality standards.
The Beef Boner role will include:

Breaking carcasses into primal cuts or meat products according to specifications;
Debone parts of carcasses into primal cuts or meat products according to specifications;
Boning of forequarters, loins, hindquarters etc.
General labouring tasks
The Beef Slicer role will include:

Beef slicer - must be competent in all facets of slicing of beef.
