Primary Location VIC - Melbourne - 655 Collins St Job Description Summary Service Stream are on the hunt for a new Master Data Officer! About the Role Service Stream’s Corporate division are currently seeking a Master Data Officer to join our Transaction Services team. Reporting directly to the Performance & Compliance Lead, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring integrity in Supplier onboarding processes and systems and in maintaining accurate and compliant records in our financial and supporting systems. In addition to system administration activities, you will play an important role in working with internal business teams and engaging with external Suppliers to ensure that our data remains robust, accurate and is maintained to a high standard. You also will be responsible for processing administration activities related to our corporate expense platform. Based in our Collins Street head office (VIC), and offered on a permanent full-time basis, this position is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate who has a keen eye detail and has an interest in working with and upholding our compliance standard. Key Responsibilities: Timely, accurate maintenance of compliant data in financial systems Promote and champion compliance policies and procedures Respond to data entry or maintenance requests and enquiries in a timely manner Support data management and data hygiene activities Working collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues Contribute to process improvement initiatives. About You: 2+ years’ experience working as a system/database administrator or similar relevant experience. Prior experience with workforce compliance system administration activities is highly regarded (Workforce Compliance, HSE, HRIS, or similar platforms).
