What the Role Involves Set up and manage marketing tools: You’ll be working hands-on across platforms like ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Bullhorn. Your job is to build and maintain the automation setup, custom fields, tags, rules and data structures that support smooth campaign delivery. Connect tools and data flows: Use Zapier, API keys and webhooks to connect forms, CRMs, landing pages and lead flows. Your integrations ensure data flows cleanly and reliably from capture to campaign. Domain setup & deliverability: Own the setup and management of DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and domain warming. Monitor deliverability health across clients and help ensure emails land in inboxes, not spam. Implement analytics & tracking: Add and verify Google Analytics, GTM, pixel tracking or custom scripts on landing pages or client sites. Ensure key actions are tracked properly and recorded downstream. Diagnose and fix issues fast: If something breaks, you’re our first call. You’ll check logs, inspect connections, and troubleshoot the root cause. When needed, escalate with clear notes so we can act quickly. Improve systems and documentation: You’ll help refine SOPs, surface automation opportunities, and keep internal docs up to date. The goal is consistency and reliability across all accounts. Who We’re Looking For A structured operator who knows how to connect systems, manage marketing platforms, and sweat the technical details. You’re methodical, reliable, and thrive in process-driven environments where accuracy matters. If you’ve worked across multiple clients or brands and know your way around the backend of marketing tools, this role will feel familiar and fast-paced. Requirements Hands-on tool experience: Proven background working with ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Bullhorn. You should be comfortable navigating each platform, setting up automations, and managing system logic. Integration & automation skills: Experience using Zapier, native integrations, and webhooks to link up forms, CRMs, email tools and tracking systems. Email deliverability understanding: You know how to configure DNS, warm up domains, and maintain healthy sender reputation. Analytics tracking confidence: You’ve added GA, GTM, and pixel scripts and know how to check they’re firing. Familiarity with attribution and UTM best practices is a plus. Process-focused & detailed: You follow checklists, verify each step, and know one small error can break a campaign. Strong problem-solver: You don’t guess — you investigate. You take a logical approach to diagnosing tech issues and clearly explain what you’ve checked and found.
