- Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities to identify marketing opportunities and support strategic planning.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the organisation’s services and enhance brand positioning.
- Advise management on marketing policies, promotional strategies, pricing considerations, and customer engagement approaches.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Develop and manage content for websites, digital platforms, promotional materials, and client communications in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools, and recommend improvements to maximise effectiveness and return on investment.
- Develop branding and positioning strategies to strengthen market presence and ensure consistent corporate identity across all communication channels.
- Identify and implement lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives to support business growth objectives.
- Coordinate promotional events, seminars, webinars, and marketing initiatives to enhance stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and achievement of campaign objectives.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders including media, suppliers, and digital service providers to ensure effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
