Position Overview: Rosa Traders is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive growth across our e-commerce and wholesale channels. This role identifies and analyses market opportunities, advises on product, pricing, promotion and distribution by channel, and develops and coordinates marketing plans. You will set strategy, build briefs, coordinate execution with internal teams and external partners, and use analytics to report on KPIs and optimise results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and analyse market trends, customer segments and competitor activity.
• Advise on the marketing mix by channel, including product, pricing, promotion and distribution.
• Develop and coordinate go-to-market plans for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Build clear campaign and content briefs that translate strategy into deliverables.
• Plan channel budgets and calendars, and coordinate timelines with stakeholders.
• Commission or conduct market research and test demand for new or seasonal products.
• Define KPI frameworks, set up tracking with GA4 and Search Console, and report performance.
• Translate insights into recommendations on assortment, pricing and channel allocation.
• Manage agencies and vendors, ensuring work aligns to brand, budget and objectives.
• Coordinate production of marketing collateral and website updates done by specialists.
• Ensure brand consistency across touchpoints and maintain marketing guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:
• A relevant bachelor degree in Marketing, plus at least 2 years of full-time work experience, or
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the absence of a formal qualification.
• Experience developing data-informed marketing strategies across retail and wholesale
• Strong briefing, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear actions
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with specialty grocery or Latin American food categories
