Trade Certify wishes to employ a full-time Marketing Specialist to lead our high voltage marketing and branding operations in Sydney. Salary offered is $80K to $90K plus superannuation depending on the skills and experience of the candidate. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Skills requirement are Bachelors in Management / Marketing or related field, and at least 1 year of experience in related industry.

Duties to be undertaken:
• Plans marketing and branding objectives.
• Analyses market trends and recommends changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
• Prepares marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
• Develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
• Identifies and maximises opportunities to enhance the reputation of the College locally & internationally, including business development opportunities: articulation agreements, nurturing networks with industry associates, pathway institutions, and other staff.
• Coordinates marketing events including meetings, speaking engagements, seminars, trade shows and exhibits with agents or other relevant agencies.
• Develops marketing literature, ensuring valid, current and accurate content is used for all marketing activities.
• On occasion, organises and conducts overseas trips for client interaction & agent networking
• Seeks out new target markets, and develops plans to address them.
• Liaises and networks with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
• Sources advertising opportunities across a range of mediums such as social media.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs.
• Organises and attends educational events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
• Evaluates marketing campaigns & manages marketing budgets.
• Monitors competitors' activities.
• Ensures that all marketing activities comply with the standards and regulations of accrediting bodies, such as ASQA, as well as with State & Federal Laws of Australia.
