Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and execute strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. This role involves market analysis, campaign planning, and brand positioning across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, and review marketing strategies and plans to support organisational objectives and market positioning.

· Plan and coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.

· Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.

· Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing communications and platforms.

· Coordinate the development of marketing materials, including digital content, advertising copy, and promotional assets.

· Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and prepare performance reports.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver effective marketing initiatives.

· Provide strategic marketing advice to management based on research findings, campaign outcomes, and market insights.

· Evaluate market conditions and customer insights to recommend suitable pricing structures and promotional approaches for products and services.

Experience & Qualifications

· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing or advertising.

· Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Sound knowledge of digital marketing platforms, marketing analytics, and campaign management.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve marketing outcomes.
