We, PM Services Group Pty Ltd (PMSG) became PTY – Registered business in 2015, always on Gold Coast. Our focus always been Holiday cleaning – Airbnb’s and Hotels. Our annual income is something about $4 millions to $5 millions. We have been employing Brazilians only and supporting our community since day 01.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in driving PMSG’s growth by enhancing brand visibility, attracting new clients, and producing high-quality marketing materials. This role ensures our services are visible, trusted, and preferred—helping us stand out in a highly competitive market.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, increase engagement, and support business expansion. This includes managing both traditional and digital marketing campaigns to effectively promote PMSG’s services across multiple channels.

In addition, the role involves creating compelling content and presentations that clearly communicate PMSG’s value in the cleaning and hospitality industries. By staying informed on market trends and identifying new opportunities, the Marketing Specialist helps the company secure larger, more profitable contracts and strengthen relationships with existing partner, supporting long-term growth and a strong market presence.

List of Tasks
- Plan and schedule social media posts
- Create marketing content (images, captions, emails, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics
- Update website content or landing pages
- Research market trends and competitors
- Coordinate with designers, sales, or external partners
- Respond to comments or messages on digital platforms
- Assist in planning promotions or marketing events
- Prepare reports or presentations on campaign results

Requirements:

1) Bachelor’s degree in related/relevant area.
2) Bachelor’s degree in related/relevant area can be replaced if applicant has 3+ years of work experience.
3) Excellent communication and project management skills.
4) Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5) Strong team player with a positive attitude

Annual salary: $77,000.00 + superannuation (40h per week).
