As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive, creative, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, generate new business opportunities, and support the expansion of our client base across New South Wales.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist at SSRM Sydney Waterproof Pty Ltd, you will play a key role in promoting our services, elevating market visibility, and supporting long-term business growth.

Your responsibilities include:

• Advising management on marketing strategies tailored to the waterproofing industry to attract new residential, commercial, and strata clients.
• Developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns to promote waterproofing solutions and remedial services, using both digital channels and physical marketing materials.
• Preparing reports based on campaign performance and client engagement to support business planning.
• Assisting with pricing communication, service positioning, and customer segmentation based on the needs of the waterproofing market.
• Enhancing relationships with real estate agencies, strata managers, builders, and commercial clients to support ongoing business development.
• Ensuring consistent brand representation across all marketing activities, with a focus on professional waterproofing and remedial solutions.

Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree or higher and/or five years relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing specialist role.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns, preferably within construction, trade services, or related industries.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and email automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content for different audiences.
• Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe, CRM systems).
• Ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
