About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Programs Specialist to own and lead the global execution of our webinar program for all of our audiences. This role sits within the Demand Generation team and plays a key part in driving qualified pipeline through best-in-class webinar and email experiences.
As the primary owner of the webinar channel, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing webinar programs end-to-end, working with B2B and B2C owners in planning and promotion to delivery and follow-up. You’ll also work closely with the Director of Demand Generation to support overall email strategy and integrate webinars into broader multi-channel programs. In addition, you'll collaborate cross-functionally on marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, digital programs, and content repurposing.
Key Responsibilities
Own the global webinar program - working with B2B and B2C owners on topic ideation, speaker coordination, platform management, promotion, and post-event analytics. Own the global email program and partner with B2B and B2C owners on strategy and execution. Partner with the Director of Demand Generation to align webinar programming with overall demand gen strategy and pipeline goals. Collaborate with marketing teams to localize webinar content and ensure alignment with regional priorities. Manage webinar promotion through email, social, paid media, and nurture programs, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure integrated campaigns. Track and analyze performance of webinars, providing insights and recommendations to continuously optimize reach, engagement, and conversion. Work closely with the marketing counterpartsto support BDR and sales teamwith assets and plans to support follow-up + conversion. Support additional marketing initiatives as needed, including campaign planning, email creation, content development, and event support. Required Skills and Experience
2-3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or marketing programs, with a strong emphasis on webinar and event execution. Proven track record of managing webinars end-to-end, ideally for global commercial or enterprise audiences. Experience owning email program including nurtures, regular series and 1-off promotions. Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously. Experience working with marketing automation and webinar platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Zoom, Sequel, ON24, or similar) Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and applying insights to improve future programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Benefits
