Hello, We’re a growing marketing agency currently servicing two clients and preparing to take on two more soon. We’re looking for an experienced digital marketing expert who can help us with both strategy and execution, with a strong focus on Go High Level (GHL) and full-funnel marketing. What we need support with: Go High Level (GHL): Full funnel build-outs: landing pages, forms, booking systems, and automated workflows. Pipeline setup: CRM pipelines to track leads from Meta Ads/Google Ads through to conversion. Automations: SMS, email, voicemail drops, and conditional follow-ups to maximize lead nurture. Calendars & bookings: automated appointment reminders and confirmations. Reputation management: review requests and Google review funnels. White-label reporting dashboards for clients. Meta & Google Ads: Meta Ads: campaign setup, creative testing, custom/conversion audiences, lead form funnels. Google Ads: keyword strategy, negative keyword management, call tracking, retargeting campaigns. Ongoing optimization: split testing, scaling what works, killing what doesn’t. Clear KPI tracking: CPL (cost per lead), CPA (cost per acquisition), and ROI. SEO: Competitive market research and gap analysis. On-page SEO: content optimization, metadata, internal linking, technical cleanups. Off-page SEO: backlink acquisition, citation building, local SEO for maps. Long-tail content strategies to generate inbound leads over time. Strategy & Reporting: Develop multi-channel marketing strategies for clients (ads + SEO + funnels + email nurture). Weekly/fortnightly check-ins for performance review and planning. Transparent reporting with actionable insights. Guidance on conversion optimization — landing pages, ad copy, offers, and A/B testing. Advise on scaling systems and SOPs (so we can handle more clients without breaking things). Extra skills that would be a big plus: Experience with API integrations (connecting GHL with Zapier, Google Sheets, Slack, etc.). Knowledge of lead attribution and tracking setups (UTM tracking, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking). Understanding of AI tools for ad copy/SEO content to speed up delivery. Ability to create simple but effective graphics/creatives for ads (Canva-level is fine, we have designers for heavy lifting).
