Your role at St John of God Health Care Join our mission-driven healthcare organisation as a Marketing Coordinator, supporting a wide range of national, state and local marketing initiatives that make a genuine difference in the community. In this dynamic role, you will help deliver integrated marketing campaigns, coordinate creative production, and support internal and external communications. You will work closely with hospitals, services and agency partners to bring campaigns to life with high‑quality content and materials. You will also manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, strong user experience, and consistent branding across all digital platforms. This includes editing specialist profiles and reviewing website performance to guide content improvements. General marketing responsibilities include graphic design and photo editing, copyediting newsletters, managing brand and logo requests, supporting SEO/SEM reporting, and coordinating creative, design and market research activities. The Position Support for campaigns, developing briefs, coordinating and producing marketing materials. Support campaigns with communications and external-facing organic content. Update website content as required and assist with SEO. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand across all SJGHC online and print platforms, including editorial, visual identity and user experience guides. Edit specialists’ profiles for the website Find a Specialist function as required. Review website performance reports and make improvements to content. Graphic design and photo editing. Copyediting and coordination of email newsletters. Review and analyse relevant data to measure SEO/SEM effectiveness. Review and input into marketing plans for hospitals and services. You will have experience and understanding of marketing channels and skills in design software, particularly Canva. You will have high-level writing skills with ability to target relevant audiences, and be proficient with website content management systems, and email marketing platforms. To succeed you will possess a tertiary qualification in Marketing or hold equivalent experience in a large complex organisation. It is highly regarded if you have experience within the Healthcare industry. Above all, people will be at the core of everything you do committing to and supporting our Mission and Values.
