- Brand Management: This role manages website overhauls and ensures branding consistency across all company materials.
- Communications: The Lead drafts, edits, and publishes internal and external materials, including media releases and the annual ESG report.
- Stakeholder Engagement: The position supports high-quality engagement with local communities, particularly in regional areas, to build trust and foster relationships.
- Business Support: The professional assists senior leaders with speechwriting and maintains templates for customer proposals, pitch-decks, and tenders.
- Safety & Compliance: The Lead ensures full compliance with relevant legislation and risk management policies, operating under a "Safety by choice—not by chance" philosophy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
- Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in marketing or communications roles.
- Skills: The successful candidate possesses excellent stakeholder engagement skills alongside strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Sector Knowledge: Prior experience in the energy sector, specifically renewables, is highly desirable.
- Sustainability: An understanding of ESG and sustainability principles is considered a significant advantage.
