I’m looking for a highly organised, proactive Marketing Assistant who can jump in and get things done quickly and efficiently. You’ll help with a variety of marketing support tasks - not full campaigns, but key components of them that need to be executed well and on time. Preferably working on Australian timezone. Approx 10-20 hours per week for the next 1-3 months. Examples of tasks include: - Researching and shortlisting venues for client events - Drafting short email copy (e.g., invitations, nurture sequences) - Creating or scheduling social media posts - Updating content in documents or slides - Designing email invitations - Coordinating small marketing deliverables (e.g., image sourcing, list cleanup, proofreading, formatting)
