- This position offers flexible part-time hours (10 hours a week) to be arranged based on business needs and candidate availability. Ideal role for a Uni Student. Must be an Australian citizen.
- We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Admin & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a long-term career in marketing. No industry experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and confidence using social media and digital tools.
- Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social platforms.
- Film and edit training and marketing videos.
- Update brochures, manuals, and training materials.
- Maintain, update and improve our WordPress website.
- Prepare blogs, newsletters, EDMs, analytics reporting and presentations.
- Assist with grant/tender submissions
- Support internal communications and improvement initiatives.
- Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or similar role.
- Required
- Experience with WordPress (required).
- Understanding of social media, email marketing (Hubspot), SEO, and digital analytics (required).
- Australian citizenship (required)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Adobe Express).Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for clarity and brand consistency.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong visual sense.
- Positive, proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects independently
