About

We are an established RTO based in Adelaide, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing and admissions team on various marketing-related tasks, including campaign execution, content creation, social media management, and general administrative support.

This role is essential in helping promote the RTO’s courses, maintain brand consistency, and engage effectively with students, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Campaign Execution

  • Assist in planning, organising, and executing marketing campaigns for student recruitment and course promotions.
  • Support digital marketing activities such as email campaigns, landing pages, and online advertisements.
  • Coordinate marketing activities and promotions aligned with the RTO’s marketing strategy.

Content Creation

  • Prepare and design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, newsletters, and social media content using tools such as Canva.
  • Assist with writing and editing content for websites, blogs, social media, and other communication channels.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and monitor social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and schedule posts to increase engagement and brand visibility.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Website & Digital Support

  • Update course information, images, and other content on the RTO website.
  • Assist with basic SEO tasks and help track analytics to measure campaign performance.
  • Support the team with CRM updates and email communication.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain marketing records, databases, mailing lists, and student enquiry logs.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and marketing performance summaries.
  • Support event organisation such as open days, workshops, information sessions, and community outreach.

Branding & Compliance

  • Ensure all marketing materials meet ASQA and RTO marketing standards.
  • Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Support the team in ensuring all information is accurate and updated.

Skills & Attributes

  • Enthusiastic, creative, and motivated with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create basic graphic designs (experience with Canva or Adobe Suite preferred).
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

Desirable but not mandatory:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Marketing & Communication
  • Certificate III or IV in Business
  • Experience in marketing, administration, or a similar role
  • Previous experience in the education or RTO sector is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,900.00 – $83,351.79 per year

Work Location: In person
